Stay far away.

I am counting down the days until my lease is over. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.
I wish I could give zero stars.
If you're moving to Bellevue, live somewhere, literally anywhere, else.

A Great First Apartment

I moved up here straight out of college and have been enjoying the experience. My studio apartment is small but spacious with nice hardwood floors and maple cabinetry that gives a very modern appearance. The apartment overall is excellent with a dishwasher and laundry machines in the apartment. Underground Parking is very spacious you'll never have to look for a spot for very long. There is also a courtyard which is pretty neat. The apartment atmosphere overall is very quiet so you don't really... need to worry about loud neighbors. The property manager David is a very chill guy and extremely helpful.

Debatably Ordinary

The “fitness center” is two treadmills. The hallways smell. The entire building suffers from poor air circulation so smells linger in your apartment, in the hallways, and in the elevators. The elevators are massively slow for a 5 story building. The parking spaces are all compact sizes and people frequently park in two of them. The phone box to buzz someone into the building never works and they never add you to the system. Lastly, there is a new person working the leasing office every month....

P.S. They sent out an email saying someone was stealing Amazon deliveries.
