High utilities

High utilities, high electric bill that’s separate from WSG. Not all amenities available. No 24 hour maintenance but they stay on site. Quiet neighborhood.

Utility Bills are very uncertain and very high $250/month per family.

The utilities bill are very high in this area. The utility charges for 1 BHK (one family) apartment is $250 per month that was only $128 only 6 months before. They started to increase the utility bills around 25% each month and the current bill is $250 in winter season. There is 100% hike in their utility charges in compare to previous year. Sometimes, they offered a less rent but they indirectly charge it.
