Welcome to the fully furnished Cheerful 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome in the middle of the Bothell/Mill Creek area. This home offers a fully-stocked kitchen suited for the entire family. The primary bedroom holds a king-sized bed. A perfect getaway for... families looking for a restful stay that is close to the Mill Creek Town Center, Alderwood Mall and everything else, including the beautiful Cascade Mountains and the Puget Sound.
There is another separate unit in the basement with one adult long term renting. Its entry door is around back down a separate driveway. There are no stairs inside the home. The two levels are insulated from each other to dampen noise.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving full meals with new stainless steel appliances and is large with a great peninsula bar that makes for entertaining while cooking a natural part of living here.
The house is well furnished, as all of our renters tell us. It is well stocked with cleaning, laundry, and bath supplies. While we don't stock it for a multi-month stay, there are plenty of starter supplies to last a while. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. The bedrooms have comfortable bedding with abundant extra pillows and blankets. We furnished and supplied the house to how we would want if we are staying there.
The living room is open to the dining area for an open and casual feel.
There is a 65-inch 4K Smart TV in the living room that you can use to log into your streaming accounts to kick back for hours on the huge leather sofa with your feet up on the ottoman.
The cozy 3 bedroom house has a 3/4 bath in the primary bedroom and a large full bathroom in the hallway.
All windows have blinds and curtains. The French door in the kitchen does not. We can install blinds if desired.
Parking details: 2 spaces in gravel driveway in front.
The listed rental price is for the current month. The rate adjusts seasonally.
