My husband and I have two young children and we have enjoyed living at Willow Tree Grove Apartments for about a year and a half. The community is friendly. There is a nice walking trail close by to walk our dog, and the kids love using the pool, and indoor basketball court. The management has always been super nice and all maintenance request have been solved in a timely manner. We are happily engaged.

Perfect at first but maybe not
When we first found these apartments they were a life saver for the same cost of a cramped 2 bedroom apartment we were able to move into a 4 bedroom! The rooms are huge and you have access to a pool, tanning bed, basketball court, and 24 hour exercise area.Also its worth it to mention the stores all within walking distance.
But there are problems to these apartments. Each apartment has only one parking space and this forces families to park their cars in the parking lots of the businesses... nearby. Which then puts them at risk of being towed. The garbage and recycling cans are always overflowing and the smell is indescribable. Another large problem is the number of children and teens who are always outside. They leave food, bikes, and garbage in your parking spot and in the walk ways.
Mostly everybody is friendly though and if you can put up with the cons of the apartments it will be a good fit for you.

I absolutely love it here! Pros: Fantastic property manager Fast maintenance repairs Super friendly staff & neighbors Spacious beautiful apartments Stores are a walk away
Cons: No overnight visitor parking on site Suspension killing speed bumps

No Parking!!
Don't be fooled by these apartments! There is literally 1 parking spot per unit even though each unit recieves 2 parking stickers for two vehicles to park in the apartment legally. You will NEVER have a parking spot when you get home from work and it is virtually impossible to have guests over because they will have nowhere to park. If by some lucky chance your guest does find a parking spot they MUST be out by 9pm or their car will be towed (this happened multiple times to friends and family).... The office's solution to this problem is to park across the street by Starbucks and Quiznos. Who wants to be walking across a busy street on a daily basis with children just to go home? This place is a result of poor planning and is just a joke. The office does not care about the people living there.
