This Apartment Complex is very nice in that the Manager and Tenants are very friendly and pleasant. It is quiet and as long as I have been here, there have been ZERO incidents involving law enforcement. The Apartment I am in only gets an "Average" Rating because, (even though it gets quite hot here during the Summer), the units do not have Air Conditioning nor am I permitted to have a Window Air Conditioning Unit. Also, albeit true there is not a problem with noisy neighbors, sounds do carry and... penetrate the walls. Plus, there are Railroad Tracks nearby and their Horns/Whistles are LOUD! (And there are A LOT of Trains). All in all...it is a nice place.
