At RPM Today, we utilize a comprehensive weighted average system to evaluate rental applications. A $60 application fee per occupant 18 years and older is required and is non-refundable. All adults must apply.

To complete your application, please submit the following required documentation: two months of pay stubs, identification (ID), rental references, and employment information. We process applications in the order received and must be complete with all required documents for consideration.
