not secure at all

it is new but it is not secure , because garages are open all the time, front door lock is broken and hallway door key is also broken since 6 month and residents are keep telling to the leasing office to fix it, but they don't care, it has game but open time is only 10 AM to 5 PM ( resident should have access before 10 and after 5 , because in the medal of the day no one goanna use it, and so on,
