We thought this was a fantastic place to rent. We were so wrong. The employees lie, and the company advertised $350 moving incentive and one month free rent. They even called me to say my check for $350 was in the office for me to pick up but we were still living in SD but paying our rent for the unit. We told them we had not officially moved in yet so they said they would give it to us when we actually moved in. She also placed me on a brief hold to verify our unit qualified for the incentives.... They then said when we checked that our unit did not qualify for this because it was an older unit. However, this was not on their Web site.
