I have been really happy here. Kemle the manger is fabulous. She is friendly and helpful. My place is open with lots of natural light and I rarely hear noise from any neighbors. The monthly hosted events have been a lot of fun!

Stay away!
We had a 12 month lease. I honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place doesn't deserve a single star rating! 1) The management really don't care for you after you move in and move out. We signed the lease with a designated parking. Only to found out we were assigned to a spot that was taken. It became our mistake to deal with. We have to park at another building front parking lot for the duration of lease and be on the “waiting list”. And our designated parking was taken... when there is party. The move out experience was good either. A month after we moved out we have to call to find out the final bill with them. 2) The apartment is not a safe place for your family. Our car was broken in the covered parking lot. When we talked the management, they basically said that you can call the police there is nothing we can do. When I asked if they wanted to know bad things happen on their property, she lied about it by saying it didn’t happy before. We found out the apartment is in high crime area. There were numerous broken in. we witnessed several cars got broken in. We didn’t feel safe living there. 3) The apartment is noise. It was regular event that we got woke up by noise from our up stair and outside. When we talked to the management, they only gave us the security number to call and reminded us that we live in community property that we have to deal with it. You just have to deal with the yelling and screaming from time to time. 4) The apartment is not clean. Our unit was unfortunately situated between the recycle and garbage room. Our door got stuff on it from time to time. Big bag of garbage was left outside sometimes.

Just dont'
Nice area, decent apartments but- 1) They continue to advertise as brand new. Not even. 2) Einstein, the maintenance guy, thinks it's fun to run dumpsters down the sidewalk past your door and windows and on to metal ramps at 6:30 am. 3) Back to our genius-pointed out a broken piece on my blinds at the top. "oh, I've never seen that." It remains unfixed 10 months later. 4) Industrial garbage compactor runs all hours of the day. Like to wake up at 1:00 AM? Management refuses to put a timer on... it. So don't you break noise restrictions; only they get to do that. 5) Management changes more often than I change my underwear. I change daily. Well, most days. 6) Buy stock in Draino if you move in, at least first floor. Your bathtub will be happy. Really wanted to like this place. But it's one and done.

The worst apartment
This is the worst place I have ever lived before I can not wait for my lease to be over. The management is disrespectful and not just the ones that work at the apartment, all of them higher up. They are unhelpfulfull, disrespectfull, and will try to charge you for everything. This place is over priced for the cheap appliances and thin walls. If you move in don't touch anything because it will probably break. I would Warren anyone thinking of living her to look from some where else.

Zero stars. This place is garbage
At first glance the place looks great but once you take a closer look it's very cheap and management and maintenance are very disrespectful. I pay mortgage prices for a cheap apartments that has more rules than a prison and to be disrespected by the staff. Plus my car was broken into first time brought it on the property. I don't think I've ever hated living in a apartment complex so much in my life
