Horrible spider infestation... woke up with beetles in my bed on multiple occasions... apartments are old worms slide under door when rainy... decent place to study, but only recommend as last resort. Neighbors not the best..

Blue Agate
Totally affordable and close to campus. Laundry facilities occasionally out of order and garbage sometimes overfilled. bathrooms are a little tiny. Landlords were kind and and easy going. over all a good location for a single person or a couple.
