The unit is separate from the main floors of the house and has 5 short steps to the entrance. You have your own entrance with parking for up to 4 cars included in the rent. The unit has new...
epoxy floors that are great for dogs and doesn’t show dirt. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom is large enough for a queen bed and plenty of space to move around. The bonus room is a little smaller than the bedroom but fits a couch, coffee table, dog bed, and a tv with room to move around easily. The unit is warmed using forced air wall units. In the summer, the unit keeps itself cool. The unit comes with a refrigerator and stove/oven. The previous tenant left their microwave and you are welcome to use it. The kitchen and living room are one large room. The counter has plenty of space to cook and bake. The unit has good lighting from the windows and new LED light bulbs. The walls, doors, and ceiling were all painted in between tenants. There is a full size clothes washer and dryer that is shared.

The back and side yard is fenced in. The set up is great for dogs. The side yard is great for dogs' breaks with a garbage can for the dog poo and the backyard (cement) is great for fetch. The yard is also great for getting some sun. We provide some yard furniture, including a 2 person couch, 2 oversized chairs, a table, a side table, and a plastic pool for dogs. You have easy access to a hose and spigot. There is a vegetable garden in the backyard that is blank right now. If you are interested in starting or helping with a vegetable garden you are welcome to do so.

The owners are Diana and Geoffrey. They live on the property which allows issues to be addressed quickly. They do prefer to keep to themselves. Diana has allergies and she is unable to be around cats which means we can’t have a cat on the property because the furnace draws air from the basement. The furnace and hotwater tank are in a room to the right when entering the unit. Due to the allergies, all laundry supplies are provided and included in rent. The supplies include but are not limited to free and clean laundry disinfectant, free and clear laundry soap, vinegar, and dryer sheets. The landlords have a dog. He is a medium-large maltipoo who gets along with most dogs. He has a big personality who loves to have his photo taken, be told how handsome he is, and he thinks all dogs are friends. We would like the dogs to meet at some point before we do paperwork since they will ostensibly be sharing some spaces.
2 minute drive to I5. 2 minute walk to bus route 29 or 4. Everett transit center is a 20 minute walk. The unit is a 20 minute or less walk from: QFC, gas station, Bud’s garage (we are 420 friendly outside ONLY), Garfield Park, Taco Bell, Jack-in-the-box, KFC, McDonalds, Lowes, Lew’s BBQ, sushi restaurant, Kaiser permanente, and more.
Now the business stuff.

Tenants will share utilities. The utilities are divided by the number of people living on the property. If a 2 person moves in then they are divided by 4. If 3 people move in then they are divided by 5 etc. (A person of any age counts as a person). Shared utilities: electric, water, sewer, internet, and gas. Proof of income of $3,600 per month. Previous references are not required, but are desirable. First and last month's rent due at move-in ($4,200). Each tenant over the age of 18 will need to have a background check run, which costs $40 per person. There is no swimming pool or instant hotwater. Idk why the posting keeps putting it there.
