Many issues

I've caught people smoking meth and had them follow me to my apartment. People sell meth and there are multiple families who actively use so the hall constantly smells of meth. People have OD'd on the fire escape multiple times and there has been blood sprayed on the wall for awhile even after letting management know from someone shooting dope. People break into garages. Homeless urinate on the carpet in the stairs and get inside a locked building during the cold months. Children scream outside... after 1am right outside your window and people throw things around their garage at 2am waking you up. Tons of people smoke in their apartments so the smell gets into yours. Buildings are just gross housekeeping never vacuums just sweeps carpet and super unfriendly. Needles and burnt tin foil is littered everywhere. I have to carry pepper spray and a stun gun for fear of my safety even letting my pets out. Maintenance is very sweet though unsure about new management though.

If i could id give them negative stars

when I moved there it was a good place to live, at that time Janiene was the manager, she was great. Things started going downhill when she left.. and just continued to get worse. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE unless you enjoy 10 day notices for made up incidents, being evicted for said 10 day notices, being fined for things that were not your responsibility, being told you never paid them or that you paid late, oh and the best part...if you EVER want to live somewhere else... do not rent here because... they will make that virtually impossible for you... You can have all the documentation in the world and somehow they still win... don't say you were never warned.

Staff is belittling

Staff has came and gone about every 3wks to 4 mths. The newest staff member Shana does not treat us with value or respect. Residents have complained she is rude to the children. Shana was rude with my child recently. Office staff treats us as if we are handicap and worthless and a bother. Neighbors are friendly and nice. We all agree the office staff has been the negative factor when living here.

Worst apartment ever.

Please stay far away from these apartments. I’ve never encountered such disrespect from the managers and the other residents. This place should be renamed trashed because that’s what is is, what’s all around, and most of the people.

If you like screaming kids all hours of the night, office staff not knowing anything and not helping residents, garbage everywhere, you might fit in.

My husband and I thought we were gonna be able to pay cheap rent, but they immediately increased the rent one month...
after. Worst mistake of our life!!

Run run run far away from these apartments. The reviews are all right!!!

Great Staff, great apartment, awful community living

I have lived here since May 2011. And I moved in it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were good, everyone took care of their own kids, everyone kept the place really clean. We've gone through 3 sets of office staff, current being by far the best. Mamtence is taken care of timely and grounds is done weekly. For dogs there's potty areas with bags provided. Amenities are great including, pool, hot tub, half basketball court, tot playground, a mini movie theater, a business center with... computers, a cabana that the office is located in, 24 hour gym, tanning bed. All in all property, amemeties & location is great. The apartments are large size compared to most. Washer and dryer are provided in unit for $40. Parking is first come with carport rentals for $25 and garages for $100. Now on to the community of people that live here. It used to be really quiet and relaxing, I could sit out on my porch and read w/out interruption. It's in the last 9 months its really gone down. Parents not watching children outside, riding their bikes in the parking lot, dumping their bikes balls toys etc against cars. The children and the parents are constantly yelling and screaming, and I was verbally assaulted by for simply asking her son to please stop screaming as I had been listening to it for 15 minutes, & right outside my house, I was very polite and asked please stop yelling. She had very choice words and was very rude. Is not isolated incident. The rules here are no children allowed playing outside unsupervised, and no playing or riding in parking lot yet they all are & have no regard for any of the cars coming or going, a few kids have hit cars not being the driver's fault but the child's, then the parent yells at the driver. Kids and adults have no regard for people's personal space & property or public space & property or anything at all. The stairwells and hallways are constantly littered with trash from the kids running rampant through the buildings. I've just signed another year lease which I'm beginning to think it's a mistake because it seems like every week is worse than the last. The complex does have Security that drives through once every evening. And the cops are here almost on a daily basis, whether it be domestic violence issues, noise disturbances, car prowling, which my own vehicle has been broken into twice in the last 6 weeks. Needless to say I'll be moving when my lease is up.
