Life is NOT better here

People constantly getting shot, swat team have been called out multiple times, drug/gang related activity. Horrible parking situation. It takes Maintenance 1-2 weeks to have anything fix and usually have to call them multiple times about the same issue. For the how much it cost to live here it truly is amazing how poorly this place is managed and maintained. Don't live here unless you have absolutely no choice.

Could use some work.

The good- Apartments are spacious, the nature trails are a nice touch,the 3 separate play places are good for the kids. The Bad- Disrespectful neighbors smoking near hallways and on balconies on the non smoking property and the smoke comes right into the homes some even smoking in their bathrooms and the smell comes through to other levels. Noise levels are obnoxious in the evenings and at night between loud music in homes and vehicles to peeling out and doing doughnuts in the south entry way.... Reports to the management team and police reports have been filed and nothing happens. Repairs have been requested since we moved in over 2 years ago and have not been fulfilled. My most recent repair request is a simple plug and play smoke/carbon monoxide detector replacement it has been about 30 hours since the work order was requested and it chirps very loudly every 40 seconds. Other repairs that have not been completed since move in are- non working outlets in the dining room,second bedroom closet doors being loosely fitted and being a safety issue for my young children (I just removed the closet doors).the jagged speed bumps every 50 feet or so are a bit ridiculous but with seeing how many people like to speed through here I see the need. Most management staff mean well but lack real empathy and don't seem like they actually care they are just there for a pay check. The one trash compactor for all 216 units is beyond stupid it overflows constantly a minimum of twice a week, I have seen carts,mice and squirrels accumulating around there also in the surrounding woods homeless people make camp and take from the overloaded trash area.

Beautiful property!

I visit acquaintances frequently here. Would love to live here someday. Only thing i would change is the harshness of the speedbumps and the overkill using them.
Not advised for low-slung/lowered vehicles.
