I love it here i love their efforts at making this place the best they can it always feels good to come home to this place, Their management is always helpful and fair and say hi with a smile and i gotta give a big applause to their maintenence and custodial crew with how intelligent and on point they are about keeping the place nice and clean and always on time with your scheduled appointments to help with a positive aura and get things done neatly and professionally. i recommend to anyone.... GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've lived at theses condo's for a year and i have to say i love it! I'm a young mom and i feel completely safe. Not to mention but the Ladies in the office Michelle and Tina are wonderful to work with. I have not had one problem with them or the complex. Its pretty simple follow the rules and pay your rent on time and your fine. Love living here!!!

Planning to move
These apartments are terrible! The appliances barely work; including washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. They like to raise your rent by $50 each time and multiple times within a couple months. They don't do anything about noisy neighbors. They also never stick to their word. One minute you're allowed to do something, a couple days later, you can't. They change things and like to let you know last minute. The list never ends! Don't live here!!!
