We have had 3 shootings within half a block in one year! One was directly outside our bedroom! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The management will not do anything to make the neighborhood safer and has shown blatant disregard for the safety of their residents. Please if you have kids keep them safe and out of this area. Car thefts are rampant. One weekend 5 vehicles were stolen within a few hours within half a block. Our car was stolen and every neighbor we know has had someone break... into their car! I could go on but all I can say is protect yourself and your family! Don't live here!!!

Trashy
Apartments with potential but poor care. Just after moving and filling out the walkthrough sheet given by the office we were questioned and blamed for every flaw we found in our unit. Maintainece came to “Fix” the issues but really never did anything they show up 10 minutes before their shift ends and tell you “I can’t do this it will take to much time” so they do band aid work that with time it causes more issue. In as little as 5 minutes mainatance can “fix” time consuming work for you faster... than an actual professional! We have lately fixed our own problems and never ask them for help now. Neighbors are rude/disrespectful and inconsiderate. Parking outside your building is not practical to say the least. There is an apartment down the street that daily sets up a Taco stand and daily cars parked for their services crowd the streets. Recently I walked my dog in the area and walked by the dumpster overflowing trash mostly paper plates/ trash that the taco stand produces. It’s devestating because it’s not just a simple over flow but the whole trash is scattered all over the street/road with plates and other garbage. As soon as the city picks up the trash the dumpster is overflowing again that same day by mid day. How would you feel if Management then sends a letter to all units saying “ we will now raise your garbage fees due to an increase of trash being picked up?” We are soon to pay the price for the trash the taco stand produces ! After our first month moving here we had so many issues we came across that I felt I was ready to move out! It feels like an eternity since we moved in.. I can’t wait for the lease to end. How would you feel? Feel free to drive by these apartments, I can assure you on any given day you may choose to tour it you”ll see the dumpster situation.
