Trash

The dumpster is in such a poor state (visual and odor) that it is depressing to drive by. I cannot figure out why they wouldn't hide the dumpster or fine people for leaving dirty diapers around. The photos on the website are mostly stock photography, those are not real people living at this property. The cabinets and appliances are very dirty - there was one drawer in my kitchen I could not use. The walls are so thin you hear the neighbors' alarm clocks. The fitness center was inaccessible most... of the time and I do not think there really is a Day Care -- there was trash housed there when I lived there way before Covid. I hate for anyone to believe the website that this is a lovely place, and fall into that scenario like I did.

By far the worst apartments I have lived in

We lived in these apartments for many years. When we moved in, everything seemed great. Lots of space, management seemed nice, & there were kids playing outside. Later, we realized that the apartments are badly laid out, so you can't make use of the space, management is’nt really nice, & the kids are awful. The property had several different property management companies. 1 manager, Crystal, managed to stay through several of them. Every time I brought a complaint to her she always said there... was nothing she could do unless she witnessed the problem. As these issues didn't happen during the times the office was open, that wasn't going to happen. I brought this up, & she instructed me to contact the security company & make a compliant. I did, several times a week (sometimes several times a day). After a month, I contacted the office (she wasn't in) & asked about the reports. They said that they never read the reports from security unless they needed to, so the complaints were worthless. My upstairs neighbors worked nights, & kept their children up the same hours that they worked. At all hours of the night, there were children running around & screaming, they were vacuuming, watching tv, & listening to music all at an unacceptable volume Maintenance was worthless. It took 3 weeks to get my dishwasher replaced. Our upstairs neighbor's bathtub started leaking. To fix it, they had to cut a hole in the ceiling, rending our bathroom unusable. It took 1.5 months before they fixed it. I had them repair the bathroom fan 3 times, & it never worked - I gave up. The grounds were swampy. The children tore down the landscaping, threw trash all over the place, stared into my windows, & sat on my porch. 1 of the apartments in my building had roaches that were so bad, they treated their apartment, our whole building, & all of the buildings surrounding our building. They didn't get evicted for it. Ants appeared in my apartment every spring & summer. The humidity in my apartment was bad due to the swampy ground. I always had a dehumidifier running. Without it, the humidity was 90%. With it, it was 60%. Mold grew on every window, no matter how much we cleaned it. There are not enough parking spaces for families to have 2 parking sports, so forget being a 2 car household unless you get lucky & can snag 1 of the carport spots. There are not enough spots to invite guests over. Don't move here. They aren't even worth 1/2 the price of what they are charging.

Do not move here!!!

It's unbearable to live in a place which totally neglects constitution and human rights. I'm speaking about their new parking system ... Now if somebody comes to you, you have to register your guest's licence plate on their site (in most cases people don't remember it and have to come back to the car) leaving all your personal contacts and you have to choose HOW LONG YOUR GUEST IS GOING TO STAY HERE! So, by the moment it starts expiring you phone and email start bothering you. Impossible to have... guests with all these restrictions. But what really is against the law is that if you come here to visit somebody, all the world can see it on their site!!!
If you object to something, the management is cursing at you and call the police! I'm not joking!!!
I literally have everything falling apart here. In 17 months here I had the door of my wardrobe falling down at least 20 times! My washer is only called so. In fact it's something antique and after even 3 cycles of washing the clothes still smells and there are spots left. I have to still pay for the apartment with appliances but to use laundromat. When I tried to solve this problem and have the washer changed, the guy came and made me wash the load for him, stayed here for 2 hours and then explained me that there is something wrong with my nose. The hint was also to carefully break something because otherwise it's hard to make them change anything. The same story is with a cooker.
In about 3 months after I moved in the carpet started swelling up. I can imagine who they hire to lay the carpet...
The list can go on forever....
