Dishonest Application Policy

They will not contact you to inform you that your application has been accepted and will keep your deposit if you don’t contact them within 24 hours. don’t apply unless you’re ready to not see your money again

Horrible team

Drugs being ran thru at least two buildings here. Theft occurring daily. No security. No call backs. No communication from office team. Portal has been down almost a month and we are told to just guess how much we owe and bring in a payment. No invoices being given out. Horrible horrible place.

Don’t waste your time

The office lady is a lair. She fails to give your mail. My vehicles have been towed 3 times for “abandonment” when they’re drove to work everyday. When you try to speak about an issue with the office lady she states she’s being “attacked” and tells you to leave. You sign a contract for one amount and 3 months into your lease your paying and extra $350/month. The stairs to my apartments are deteriorating and a safety hazard but maintenance isn’t told to come fix them. The grassy areas are piled... with dog poop. All in all I wouldn’t choose Crosspointe as a last resort, better just renting a motel!

Your feedback is important to us, and we would like to connect with you at your earliest convenience in order to discuss your concerns. USPS is the only carrier that we receive packages in the office from, as all other carriers deliver...
directly to residents. We have not been notified of any missing packages in the office. Additionally, any cars in violation of the parking policy are tagged with a 24 hr notice, but the team does everything in their power to identify and contact the vehicle owner before tagging and towing.

After move-in, utilities do take up to 6 weeks for the first bill to be received as they are billed in arrears and can vary depending on occupancy and apartment size. The charges are all itemized on the resident ledger, and the Crosspointe Team would be more than happy to go over them with you.

The maintenance team will also be walking the property to ensure all steps are in good condition. The steps are cement so winter conditions and ice melt can cause a breakdown, however, we have not received any work orders so this but do have steps stored on-site for replacement.

The Crosspointe team is aware of the pest waste issue and walks the grounds 3 times a week for trash and pet waste pick up. There are also 13 pet stations with waste bags and trash bins. We do apologize for your frustration regarding this.
