The apartment i stayed in had black mold, i called to try to get it taken care of and all they did was go in and put new caulking over it. My neighbors from upstairs flooded there bathroom therefore my ceiling started leaking and nothing was done about it. This is a nightmare of a complex. The local police call it the One stop shop for everything illegal. There is rampant vandalism, filthy facilities. Like I said the pool has never been used as it can't pass inspection. Fitness facility is a joke, it's only open when the office is. So if you work normal hours, forget using their facility. Staff is the only thing good there, and their hands are tied for the most part. If you move in, you will move out as soon as you can afford to.
