The apartments are very comfortable, when we had issues the lease office helped us, they were very kind, also good price but some neighbors are smoking weed all days that's disgusting. The garbage fee is expensive considering always looks bad. According to the web site, the apartments should have gym but we never find it :/

Not safe
Units smell like weed, cops here in the middle of the night, brand new apartments yet things keep breaking. Leasing office was nice at first but when you try to let them know about your concerns, they get really manipulative and passive aggressive. Other than the flooding and various things breaking within the first week, you can still see that it was a run down hotel that they tried to make “luxury”. During the initial walk through of the apartment where you are supposed to identify things that... are wrong so you don’t get charged when you leave, leasing agent didn’t even write down half of what I said. So I guess not expecting the security deposit back.
