I have an infestation of beetles in my apartment, and I have been bugging them to have it sprayed for over a week. Nothing has been done about it. The people above me are crackheads and fight every night, I have brought this up because it is very disturbing to hear them get physical with each other. It’s dirty in here and the bugs do not help. I asked him to fix my toilet a few days ago because It will not flush and they won’t even return a phone call. I send in Maintenance orders and they close... them without even doing anything with them. The people that run this place must be very young and have never worked in customer service before. They must come from wealthy families because if they lived here they would definitely want the bugs taken care of in their apartment so they don’t have to walk around barefoot with nasty bugs.

However, after checking our records, we see that our assistant property manager, Diane, called to schedule... pest services the night you made us aware of the issue in your home. Furthermore, we are happy to report that since the posting of this review we have sent our pest control services out to assist you and there has been success. We understand your frustration in regards to the delay, but we appreciate your patience as our team always does their best to collaborate with our residents. In addition, we sent our maintenance team out to repair your toilet the day after the work order was placed, but sincerely apologize if there was any confusion with this. Per policy, our management cannot get involved with neighbor disputes, but we invite you to reach out to our property manager directly if you feel you would like to discuss anything further via countryglenmgr@pinnacleliving.com. Nice Property
I toured this property and it was a positive experience. The staff was very helpful and patient with me. The property was very clean, convenient location and lots of shopping. I highly recommend County Glen!
