Consistency, clean community, kindness, prompt and knowledgeable responsiveness, quality care/work - with a smile.

Went in to acquire some information about a 2 bedroom. The ladies in the office were dressed professionally and very polite. I was given a tour of a two bedroom, the view being on second story was amazing. I love trees, so the background was perfect for me. I was blown away by the space in the apartment also. I was so happy and excited. As walking back to the office I really liked how the assistant was getting to know me. It was a wonderful experience. I don’t have too many of people who are... polite and genuine. She helped me apply for the apartment when we got back to the office. I’m an old lady, I know nothing about computers. We got it done in 15 mins tops and I’ll be ready to move in here in a couple of days.

I went in to inquire about an apartments and the old blonde lady was on the phone. She did not acknowledge me or my friend at all . She was very rude I’d never go back .

We lived there from Spring 2020 to spring 2022. staff is nice. Did not have a problem up until the new management took control early 2022. They managed to take advantage of us and many others. Charged us a ton of money for things we did not do in the apartment. After we asked about the charges, they were very out of line and told us "Sue us then."
