Going back to the 2019 review

Still , has the previous review has stated . All has been correct to this date . The basketball court has been run down , wasn't here fully for summer couldn't tell about the pool. But the noise and the following of the quiet time rules seem to not bother anyone when I can hear fully from my bedroom what they are listing too and watching. Not to mention the barking of probably not allowed dogs with the neighbors constantly throughout the night. No matter how many times I've brought this up with... the assistant manager there was no improvement on improving the situation at the time. Overall again good first apartment but definitely not something long term , considering no matter how many times noise complaints or any complaint for that matter go through. Nothing is done about it .

Good at first glance, but just dont move in.

The onsite manager is actually on site 3 days a week, and has a private phone number. The pool was closed due to a chemical imbalance for over half the summer. The basketball hoop is broken half the time, and there is one, not two so kids cant play full court. The only guest parking is 2 spots labeled "for future residents only" and guests may park there for 4 hours at a time between the hours of 9 and 6. Overnight guest parking is not permitted. When it snowed, the sliding glass door to the... balcony was leaking, and recently there have been garbage disposal issues, and when looked at turns out its old and rusted and not fixed properly before. When it snowed, there was no one to plow, shovel, or even put salt down. A TENANT HAND SHOVELED one side of the driveway to get his minivan out. I know it was unusual for this much snow, but everyone else I talked to said their apartments at LEAST put down salt, and shoveled. That has got to be a liability if someone got hurt. During the summer I worked at 2 am, and there are suppose to be quiet hours, but nothing was enforced. I rarely got 2 hours of sleep before work, and forth of july, I didnt sleep at all due to all the fireworks going off on the basketball court. I then had to work a 12 hour shift. Overall, the apartment itself isn't too bad, especially for someone looking at a first apartment, but be aware rent will increase considerably after the first year, and I highly doubt I will be getting my security deposit back, even though it looks the same. Use caution!
