The home has three bedrooms, two upstairs and one on the ground floor. The two bedrooms upstairs are the primary bedroom with a king size bed and the second bedroom is set up as an office/study with a twin size guest bed. The downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed and is situated across the hall from the downstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom was recently upgraded with an extra deep soaking tub and the upstairs bathroom also has a deep soaking tub.

Home is on a beautifully landscaped double lot on the corner of two dead end streets. The peace, quiet, and privacy at this home are exceptional, especially since it is walking distance to downtown. Enjoy views of the tall trees in Decatur Woods Park, which is half a block away, and plenty of room to stretch out and relax on your private patio with grill.
