Modern Apt Building

Its a smaller bldg. Parking isnt an issue. Has an elevator and outside cameras. The place is pricy but located by downtown and a mile from the Marina. Cats and small dogs accepted. Community Manager Lisa is great shes responsive and listens to our concerns. I like living here…but I deducted a star due to homeless issues in the area. Also, the 1 bdrm units are small. They are intended for 1-2 people max.
