I LOVE living here!

After seeing the reviews I felt compelled to share my positive experience at pottery creek.

I have lived in my apartment for about 6 months now and its safe to say I love my apartment! I have lived at older apartments in the kitsap area and pottery creek is by far the best community I have had the chance to live in so far.

Like any apartment complex parking is limited. I would reccomend if you have more than 1 vehicle to get a reserved spot for yourself and guests but other than the parking...
the community is very well kept, staff is communicative, and my work orders are always completed in a prompt matter. Those are the reasons I am giving pottery creek 5 stars.

Parking is a problem

There are not enough parking spaces. A lot of tenants are rightfully frustrated because we come home at the end of the day and can not park onsite. You can pay an additional $720 per year to reserve a covered spot, but there are not enough spots left to support the complex (currently 5 left). Not to mention we already shovel money their way each month just for rent. They acknowledge the problem, but cite their own policy in lieu of making a meaningful change. In talking with other tenants, it... seems like this situation is rapidly devolving into an "us" vs. "them" campaign. Very disappointed, will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

Parking is a problem.

The apartments are fine, but there is not enough parking onsite. You pay a stupid amount of money per month for a unit and you still have to illegally park overnight at the grocery store next door if you come home too late because the parking is first-come first-serve. Covered parking is available for an extra $60 a month, but there is not enough covered parking to sustain the entire complex. Feels like they got my money and now they don't care.
