My husband and I have lived here for three years. We absolutly love it here! We even decided to stay when our little one arrived earlier this year, we just moved from a one bed room to a two bed room apartment. The units are very nice, and the quality you get for the price is outstanding! Living in down town Puyallup can be very expensive, but these apartments are realonably priced. All of our neighbors are very nice and lookout for one another. Not one time in three years have we ever had a... noise complaint. It is always nice and quite (the train does take some getting used to, but after a week or so you will not even notice it). The pool is nice for the summer time and is never too full with chilren. It seems like this community has a more "older" croud then college aged kids. I feel very safe living here and love how nice the grounds are with the large space, grass, plants and flowers. They have a company come are mend the grounds every monday morning. The walk ways are all lit 24/7, I even feel comfortable enough to take my six month old for walks in the stroller at night when she is having a hard time sleeping. The apartment is now under new management as of 4 months ago, the last managers where very difficult to work with (the land lady was very intrusive and rude). She would cut corners on important paper work, and break rules. The new owners are great so far. My husband and I love living here and plan to do so as long as we can (until we have baby number two and need to re locate due to apartment size, or when we decided to buy a house). We love living here!

I think it is quaint, clean and nice
I was surprised to have such a nice apartment (1br) for the price. It looks recently remodeled and was clean. The grounds are kept nice. The whistles for the train are very loud so that is an issue, but no problem with management and my neighbors.

A joke
These apartments are a joke. When I walked the place I asked if the carpets would be clean? She said yes, upon signing a lease, a day before moving in I go together keys and follow up asking if they got clean and she straight up told me no she didn't get a chance to. The carpet smelled like urine if you got close to it, which was sick I am not a pet person. There was hair all in the washing machine. When the maintenance lady turned the unit she painted right over human hair I noticed when I went... to wipe down walls. There was cat food all under my appliances fridge and stove after I moved in. The parking is stupid other residents always leave notes on my and my friends cars saying don't park here if you don't live here, ummm, I do??!! I had to pay to get out, but I gladly did. I wouldn't move there unless you like that. Sometimes there's no parking at all and you have to park way in the front even if you leave in the rear building. After I expressed my concerns and desire to leave lease early, she didn't ever bother to come fix the water being backed up in shower issue, there was another issue her and her boyfriend came to fix, when hot water would only last for like 20 minutes, but I told her about water getting backed up and she was like basically she'd fix it when I was out. What a joke!
