Even though the doors were locked for lunch, they opened them and interviewed us for an apartment. Not only did they take the time to explain the requirements, they assisted us in the qualification process so we did not have to do all the math. Very helpful and we look forward to residing there.

It's the worse place to live. Run away from here.
Don't be fooled of those nice advertisements. Once you fall for it it's not going to be easy to get out from this not very nice place. They are super strict and quick to implement with their regulations but very slow to do things done when you have something needs to be done. And watch out for the police dog woman who always prawl with her camera takes pictures around parking lot and quick to tow cars for almost no reason. They would say they'll fix things but nothing is done. And even you say... you wanted to be around when they come to check something broken but watch out because they will come in without you there, again, with camera. Hoping to use that pic against you and instead of helping what's the problem, they will find million reasons not to. Those women in the office are very rude and unfriendly. Just warning you folks.

Good for lower income renters
The rent is reasonable, since it's an affordable living complex. We also rent 2 garages because we had to move to a much smaller space than the house we were in, but at $50/month each, that's much less expensive than renting another storage space! One of the few complexes with storage solutions like that.

Glen Brooke
To whom it concerns,
I write to you in commenting on the place where I live. I have lived in glen Brooke on and off for 5 years . When I finally decided to move back I am always welcomed. The staff is always amazing never have I had a bad experience. They work hard to make a safe place. Everything I ever need is right here and I plan on staying long term . The area is great quiet yet close to things I need. I love glen Brooke.

Glenbrooke apartments
This is the best place for rent on southhill Puyallup wa. Section 8 welcome. Very very cheap rent. We have a pool with limited access. When office is open the pool is open. When office is closed the pool is locked up. Many garages for storage or alot of times for your car. Parking wars most of the time. Would be awesome if we had assigned number parking. But it will do. Close to everything here on the hill. & the mall is very close. Walking a short walk. Bus stop on front of apartments.... Very very nice.
