VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
We first moved in when they opened, they were very unorganized, lied to us about being able to move into a townhome, lied to us about being able to move into another building where the floor level would be more convenient for our children. We move in FINALLY then it snows really bad here. You would think they would get all the parking shoveled...yes, they shoveled enough for the leasing office employees to park and potential residents to get onto the property but that was it. No concern... whatsoever for their tenants. Then they put Woodie (bless her heart) in the office, knowing she was still training, and would not show up to work so she would be the only person handling office dealings. A week passes and she still has to post a sign saying due to the weather, she’s the only person in the office. How unprofessional is it to just open a property and NO ONE ELSE can make it work but Woodie. Months later, I have to call through this app just to get someone to answer the phone because of course they want business so they’ll answer for anyone who doesn’t live here. Then we make an account with puget sound energy, pay the bill and everything only to be told we owe the leasing office because they paid our bill. I emailed the full bill backdated to the time we moved in, the confirmation email and everything only to be told at 6:22pm (they close at 7pm and leave early some days) a week later through email that if we don’t pay them back, they will start the process of eviction THE NEXT DAY!!! I Was even told by Alissa that this has happened with several tenants so it’s clear that they’re just trying to get over. I call and try to fix the issue letting them know that we have paid and I’ve sent receipts to them MULTIPLE TIMES, including the confirmation that we paid the correct amount. Well Jeff doesn’t want to hear it, talks over me about us “setting up the utility bill” and us not doing that when CLEARLY we have and HE HUNG UP ON ME AND TOLD ME TO CALL BACK when I’m ready to talk!!! Jeff is rude, unprofessional and I will be taking this to HNN Management and whoever else I need to...it’s just ridiculous.

Unprofessional application process
theyre unorganized, we had to go in there twice to fill out paper work when they told us it would be done all at once. Which was a pain because we work and have kids and it’s an hour round trip from where we are living now. Also, they will make you count an income that hasn’t started yet that you have no hiring paper work for and they’ll say your over qualified. When you try to figure out how and why your over qualified they won’t answer your questions and they will hang up on you

Application Process sucks
Applied and credit was run the first day. Calling and emailing application status every other day just keep getting a pending status, all people you talk to on the phone doesn’t know and saying they will contact you, pending status for a month then took your holding fee and assigned a unit, emailing and calling after and they don’t tell you if they accept or reject your application. Stringing you along! Asking more infos from you and when you send back you can’t get a straight answer. After... almost two month still nothing, no formal rejection email or call. Now I am asking my holding fee back and can’t get info when to get it back! Service sucks!
