I have lived here for almost 5 years, I’ve seen the management staff turnover amazingly but the current staff is the most incompetent that I’ve ever had in any place I’ve ever lived. Not only am I being over charge $90 a month for a charge that is not valid (I’m taking them to small claims court to get rid of this issue) but they’ve been sharing my private information with other tenants without my knowledge or prior consent. The Internet goes out daily, at minimum once a day for the last four... years I’ve lost power. This requires someone to go to the fuse box and flip the switch which we don’t have keys for. Eventually maintenance staff just gave us a key to unlock the door because of the increasing and terrible electric system in this apartment complex. I have been yelled at and threatened by drug addicts that live in the complex and that hang out there, it is a known place were drug dealers Live and do business. Do you think it would be safe considering we live right down the road from a police station, but after getting threatened by a drug addict and having him bang on my door and scream in the windows the police told me they couldn’t do anything unless he actually came inside. And the management staff refused to do anything until the complaints were too numerous for them to ignore (Literally everyone for months). The place is cheaply made, tiny enough to the point that you can’t breathe, and to top it all off it has the most incompetent staff with the highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen of any property I’ve ever lived in. Don’t let the cheap prices for you, you get what you pay for.

Awful
Avoid this place like the plague. It used to not be awful pre pandemic but management completely abandoned it during quarantine. The hallways, staircases, and community areas are all filthy and untouched.
The community is awful, everyone in the building smokes weed and tobacco so it always reeks in the halls. People are extremely hostile to one another, guys with extreme anger issues causing loud arguments that get the police involved.
The apartments are claustrophobic and not even close to a... suitable amount of space for 1 human being, let alone 2. There isn't even a sink in most of the bathrooms.
Parking is awful, and you either have to get a parking pass from the city of Redmond for all day parking, or pay an extra hundred dollars a month for the garage space that is often full of people's random discarded furniture and trash.
Lets see. What else- There's a construction site that has popped up right across the street out of nowhere. I have no idea what they are building, but its certainly big and loud, especially in the morning!
Listen, I know the seemingly affordable price is tempting, you tell yourself that you'll use the public kitchens, and patio areas, or whatever, but you won't. You will have every fiber of your optimism and happiness drained away from you as the living conditions send you downwards in a depressive spiral.
Please pick literally anywhere else. I don't know much about the other locations by Muse MGMT but going off of the experience of living at V5 for 2 years, I would also steer clear of anything managed by them.
