My personal opinion

I really like this property. It is clean, the units are updated and really nice, and the staff is really friendly. Especially Mikhaila she's very nice and is the reason i moved in. There is plenty of resident parking and lots of guest parking available in certain areas. The property has alot of storage and garage space for cars and the units It is quiet and has a good variety of amenities. So far any issues I have had regarding maintenance have been handled quickly and professionally. I would... highly recommend this property!

Heck YES!!

I love this place! I've lived in several areas outside of downtown and this is by far the best. The staff are the best. Lots of improvements happening and every time I pull into my "spot" I just am so happy to call this place home.

Experience after living here.

After leaving this property and paying an amount of $4,893 for an early lease buy-out. We still are still being charged $761. If this scares you, please read on..

We left May 7th, inquired about our damages on May 30th, and have till this day (July 29th) waiting for a response on a $761 charge that has no clear explanation; besides being on our resident ledger and saying "pro-rated move-out"

The place wasn't bad to live. It does get a little loud at times and parking was terrible (we had to...
rent a garage be on-street was insane). But for the price, we thought it was good.

Our exchanges with management was good but man, do have a high turn-over rate. In our 6 month stay, we saw two groundkeepers, and 4 team members of management introduced and/or replaced.

We are now dealing with account receivables from Greystar. This mean the one question we asked over 2 weeks ago is a game of "telephone" where our account rep gets a hold the property and waits for a response. And we are still waiting.

Moral of the Story:

No amount of money is worth this kind of hassle we are dealing with now. Trust me (TRUST ME), I am only seeing this through based on principal.

Of course, they will response with "we are sorry for the inconvenience" and take care of this matter. Probably even drop the charge for me because of this review. But you have to ask yourself, as a person reading this review right now - "Do I really want to go through this amount of hoops just to understand my bill?"

Don't waste your time, risk your money or credit on this place.

It's.. Not... Worth.. It.
