Overall not an outstanding and not a bad place to reside
Lived there for nearly 2 years and left due to the unit being in front of high truck traffic road on S 5th street where parking is authorized and going to a nearby industrial zone in Ridgefield. This leads to not only lots of trucks parking in front of the unit but also leaving their engine on making annoying noise, not to mention the pollution generated, but also leading to all sorts of trailers, people sleeping in their car, and trucks operating right in front of the patio. This became... unbearable. The unit itself is large and stylish with a garage but defective in several ways. The design doesn’t make sense with a wall blocking the view to the TV from the kitchen for example. No closet in the entry is another one. The hybrid A/C system is erratic never at the desired temperature. And the tenant is expected to take of the garden himself, ridiculous. Rent is too high for the inconveniencies experienced. The property management is doing its job but expect nothing more and has some surprising reactions and comments at times, not the greatest customer service I have experienced. The maintenance guy has always been great however. Overall not an outstanding and not a bad place to reside. Decide for yourself and be mindful of the unit’s location.

Worst place to rent from
Lived here since 2021 and rent kept raising and raising. Terrible property management, never responded to my emails. New rules kept taking place that were not in my contract.. we paid almost 10,000 to be able to move into these townhouses that were poorly built. Neighbors that had the same size townhouse were paying less than me and the our neighbor with a bigger townhouse was also paying less! We moved out and had professional cleaner wash our carpets and they are charging 1500 for our carpets(... we hired professionals because we had cats) the townhouse was poorly cleaned when we moved in our pets got fungal infections on their paws. This is by far the worst rental property to rent from!
