Private room for rent.

Hi everyone! I’m renting out 1 bedroom and 1 private bathroom within my 2b2b condo unit in the Northgate area. The shared space is fully furnished with a 65 inch TV, recliner couch, dining table, kitchen, in-unit washer and... dryer and has a balcony! There’s an underground garage with reserved parking spot for our unit if you wish to rent it and a dedicated storage space! Also, the room I’m renting out has an Ethernet port you can use. The furnishings from the photos are different from what I have now but the amenities are still the same as listed.

Rent: $1275 per month
Parking spot (optional): $75 per month
Deposit: $700
Lease term: 1 year
Water, trash, sewage, and internet as covered in rent. We split gas and electricity monthly.
Move-in date: April 1st onward

I’m a full-time software engineer that enjoys volleyball, cooking and hiking! I graduated from the University of Washington - Seattle class of 2023. I value keeping my home clean & tidy, which means cleaning semi-periodically and no wearing shoes in the house. I’m always open to compromise and making decisions about shared spaces together.
