Amenities and views were fine, could use an upgrade to get A/C in bedrooms since summers are getting hotter and the building gets a lot of sun. Make sure you do your move out tour in person, we ended up with a $500+ charge for stove top replacement (normal wear and tear). Threatened to send us to collections. Paid it and moved on, want to make sure it doesn’t happen to someone else in the future so make sure you do the walkthrough in person.

Very Deceptive Application Process
I applied online and when I filed the application the leasing office stated that the $22 application fee was non refundable but didn't state that if I ended up changing my mind the security deposit of $300 would also be gone. Sure the contract says that but it is also in a very deceptive manner. Every other apartment I've applied for kept the base fee but did not keep the deposit. Avoid this place at all costs as it is very deceptive in their contract.
