We had so many problems living here. The location is decent but it is not worth the liability of living here.
Sewage from our upstairs neighbor was leaking into our bathroom (and on us) for months without getting fixed. Homeless people were getting into the complex to do laundry at night. Doors were broken and never fixed. On-property theft. The list can go on.
It was an absolute nightmare to leave as well. Make sure you do research on the property management companies before signing anything... - some are certainly less of a liability to sign a contract with than others.
