Take your business elsewhere. You will get trapped in a bad contract as the management company neglects the residence. The balcony doors have been broken for many residence. The management is aware of the situation and will let your electricity bill soar and provide no mitigation for cost or the actual problem. The price is not worth all the inconvenience

ANTS EVERYWHERE
ANTS. ANTS IN THIS APARTMENT. I’ll tell you that there were multiple ants trap I had to set up. The management is not working to fix ant problem.The management never answer to issues unless they get contact by their corporate.
I moved in to this place and moved out during covid. The manager cares about getting new people to apartment but not responsive to people living in the units, at all.
Phone booth didn’t work or never got a chance to set it up while I lived. The package room breaks... every other month or so. The UPS, FedEx don’t have access to package room or to the door so they cant deliver package.
Every Friday, there’s lot of parties going on including smoking even though they advertise the place to be a non-smoking facility.
The maintenance, I requested on the first week of moving in, it was never responded. I lived with kitchen light not working, bathroom fan running randomly, broken window blinds.
The contract paper had multiple errors and issues, had to re-write and re-request multiple times. On Moving day, manager didn’t pick up the phone call 10 times. I had to ask someone else to open door for me and knock on a unit they used as office. The manager said they never received phone calls. Well, their phone system not be able to take phone call took over month to fix.
Management lies, doesn’t respond at all and if you are lucky, it will take weeks to weeks for a response if you call the head corporate to notify the management.
I broke the lease to move out from this horrible apartment. I paid to break the lease to get out of this nightmare. Please read reviews, these are actually helpful.

I wouldn't live here again. Beautiful Building with HORRIBLE management.
Pros: great location, beautiful new building with above-average construction.
Cons: -no security - building keys were stolen(management notified tenants via email and decided to remove all locks from every door while they waited 6 hours for all the locks to be re-keyed, basically removing ANY security we had for that window of time). I've have multiple packages stolen while waiting for the "secure" smart mailroom to be setup (still isn't setup) and the secure parking has had 4 break-ins in... the past 9 months (my car included). -elevator breaks on a regular basis, i've personally been stuck in it. -management never answers the phone or responds to emails and when they do it is defensive and rude.
it's not worth it.

Be very careful! A lot of issues at this property
I have rented for years all around the greater Seattle area. I have never ever had this much trouble with where I have lived. Michele the manager is very nice. The building it self is beautiful. The elevator is broken 80 to 90% of the time. It takes days to weeks to get them to fix it. It is three large flights to each floor so if you on the fifth floor and park in the garage that's 18 flights of stairs! It is a huge inconvenience and they will not get it fixed promptly which is... ridiculous. Why will they not get a reputable repair service and get it fixed within a day or so? Because they do not care!! But no its out for days and weeks!! And the mail. NO ONE seems to know that actual address of the building and the US Postal Service does not recognize the address is it 2100 E Madison or 2112 E Denny Way?? No one in management will follow up and try to resolve the issue and now its week 5 with nooo mail? I have done everything on my end and yet they don't care and will do nothing. If you go to rent here they will just tell you lies about it and say it will be resolved but, it won't be resolved I promise you. If you care about your life and well being I would seriously consider not renting here. I never would have if I had known. Also they rarely if ever respond to phone messages, texts or emails. Its the worst customer service I have ever received.
