Bad, just bad.

My time living in Bode 88 has been a living nightmare. From the moment I moved in, I IMMEDIATELY encountered a series of problems that made my stay here unbearable.

First and foremost, mail theft was rampant within the complex. Countless times, I found myself missing important packages, which were undoubtedly stolen and found on the street. Despite raising this concern with the management on multiple occasions, no effective action was taken to address the issue. There is a camera for "security...
purposes" but I was told by maintenance that it doesn't even work.

Additionally, the presence of tenants constantly fixing their cars on the road within the complex posed a severe hazard. Oil spills, exposed machinery, and discarded car parts became a common sight. This not only created an eyesore but also endangered the safety of pedestrians and residents alike. No tangible improvements were ever made.

Furthermore, communication from the management was abysmal. It seemed as though the management team lacked any interest in addressing the concerns and needs of the residents. Multiple unanswered calls and text messages made this apparent towhoever the leasing agent was ... AT THE TIME.

Adding to the chaos, there was a constant rotation of management staff. With each transition, it felt like starting from scratch, and N O T H I N G ever seemed to get better.

Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the living environment was appalling. The courtyard was neglective, while the hallways were stained and dusty year round. It seemed as though no effort was made to maintain even BASIC standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

In conclusion don't live here. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting here to think twice and explore other options. The quality of life in this apartment complex is far below the standards one would expect, and it is simply NOT, I repeat ... NOT ... worth the frustrations and disappointments that come with it.

horrible place to live

the entire time i have lived here has been a nightmare ive had management walk into my apartment while i was indecent and sleeping without permission to enter, the year that i was there they had been through more than 10 property managers and no one is ever available to talk, they will charge you insane amounts of money for water and electricity. bills are inconsistent. they sent out a bill to a collection agency for over a thousand dollars for each resident past and present even after 2 years... of them being moved out without reaching out directly in turn messing up multiple peoples credit . cars get broken into constantly cameras don't work , anyone can get on site and the management is so rude. everything falls apart and breaks and matinence wont get back to you for over a month even of you bug management constantly overall horrible place to live wouldn't recommend to anyone
