These folks are a big dissapointment.

Signed a lease, paid deposits, was told I could move into the remodeled place in 20 days. Did the walk through and none of the work has been completed. No plumbing, no working appliances, tile unfinished, the place was a mess, not even doorknobs or wall plates installed. The onsite property manager does not return phone or emails. I don't feel they are completely legit. The corporate office is completely out of touch, unable to help. They describe this site as a "self manged property". if you... enjoy being taken advantage of by incompetent people, you will enjoy this place.

They suggested that the place would be ready tomorrow. I have my doubts, I am wondering now if the owner and the company are being completely honest with themselves about what they can achieve. If things don't improve quickly, I will take legal action
