WORST apartment in westlake

Stay away from this apartment unless you enjoy the homeless people living outside your window and shouting all along the night. Plus, the garbage collecting truck passed through your window one other night at 5am.

Also this apartment is without on-site property manager, so help yourself with parking on street once every three months - that's the frequency of garage door stuck halfway.

Expect the lady who's property manager to reply your email in three work days or never. So you are alone if...
anything in the apartment would have any issue. GOOD LUCK!

Last thing, you should never order online and have packages delivered to your apartment, you'll never get it :)

Update: We were charged $900 bucks after moving out - yea you read it correct, almost a thousand beyond normal wear and tear. We left the apartment in perfect condition. Regardless of how much efforts you spend on cleaning, the property manager will hire "experts" to do the job because you will be paying it, not her. Watch out and stay away, this is the worst apt I've been with in seattle.
