I am very happy with the services and amenities at the Edge Point. The maintenance is actually serious about getting the jobs done. The facilities are always kept clean and readily usable which is also great.

I moved into EdgePoint in June and have loved living here. Brian, the assistant manager helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my dog. The leasing process was a breeze and moving in was actually really easy. Since living here I have really appreciated how clean they keep the common spaces and how friendly the staff have been. The neighborhood is a huge plus, I can easily walk to the grocery store, multiple restaurants/bars and there is even a beautiful park just a few blocks away.

Edgepoint is a lovely place to live. Great location, clean new building, beautifully designed, soundproof living space, plenty of closet and cubbard space, lots of natural light, good indoor lighting, friendly and efficient staff. Mary O.
