I moved in about 7 weeks ago and have had a few issues. Firstly, there is a constant water dripping noise coming from the washer dryer. The washer and dryer takes 6 hours and 45 minutes to do one load of laundry. Not only does it take that long, but it shrinks my clothes and leaves them smelling very industrial like rubber. This issue has been raised several weeks ago to management, and nothing has been done to resolve it. They keep telling me someone is going to come look at it and still nobody... has come out. I cannot even do my laundry in my unit, and they are doing nothing to resolve it.
