Old hotel transformed into charming apartment

Upside
This apartment building has lots of character; doors, frames, windows, molding, lights and elevator from original construction in the 1920s. Looks amazing! Close to great bars, restaurants, grocery stores and downtown.

Downside
It gets noisy at night. There's a bar on the corner (which is a great bar) so the patrons can get loud. There are generally people at night making noise. It's random; from people yelling to loud cars and motorcycles.

There are also terrible crows that yap...
every morning. I dislike crows now.
