I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Helm so far. The building is always clean and the units are built well. My few interactions with staff have always been positive, and I only say few because I have not had issues to speak to them about.

Helm has been a great place to live in so far. The sound insulation at this place is extremely good. The views of the lake stunning. The apartment gets abundant amount of natural light. This was the first time we were handed over an apartment that was extremely clean.

We were searching for apartments for a long time before coming across Helm, and were blown away by how amazing this apartment community is. The location, views, units, and amenities are all exceeding our expectations. Not to mention the leasing team is the most helpful and professional out of all the teams we've encountered. Would highly recommend Helm!
