This complex is very well-run and easy to sign up for and move into. The front staff is friendly and helpful, and for the location the rent is actually quite reasonable.

Parking space can be more roomy. Space for large dogs can be increased. Otherwise, it is an excellent apartment to stay.

I have lived in a variety of apartments across Seattle (6 years) and the United States in general. McKenzie is the only building I moved back into. The concierge team are the kindest and truly make living here feel like home. Amenities and apartment are 10/10.

I work in apartments across the city, and the McKenzie is most definitely one of the best in Seattle. Shandon does a fantastic job in keeping the building and surrounding property as clean as possible. Highly recommend this apartment 5 Stars.

Love, love, love this place. I can not express the awesomeness of the team at McKenzie! The property is overall outstanding, the amenities spaces are top notch. In addition, the concierge team is available 24/7. Every single one of them always ready to assists with a smile at any time of the day. The level of customer service that the concierge manager Irina provided was breathtaking! Thank you so much:)
