Since moving in August '17, my apartment has had more month with major construction than not. First, they flooded our kitchen. Then they ignored that until we complained that yes, it was in fact still wet. Then they finished the roof. Then at 8 am a month later and with absolutely no notice, they began ripping out the floors of the apartment above us. I would only sign a lease with them if you truly enjoy having to beg for things as simple as fixing the light fixture thats been dangling... outside my front door (with wires exposed) for months. In that case, please, take mine! The location is pretty convenient though
