I regret living here. The management is aggressive, rude, and unresponsive. Elevators and amenities are constantly broken. The building has mold issues and poor heating. A major plumbing issue in my apartment (no fault of my own) severely damaged the wooden flooring and made the living conditions unsafe, but the management still has not fixed it 3 weeks later.

We were stunned when we saw the gorgeous view of Lake Union and the massive apartment (one of the penthouses). It was so much bigger than the other apartments in the newly built buildings we had looked at.

At first we didn’t mind the thin walls and doors, the slightly shabby elevators, the janky electrical, the old heating. We put up with the raging all night parties…and the vomit in the hallways. The frequent problems with the plumbing started to get annoying. The missing packages from the... crappy unmonitored package room are certainly irritating. But I think the worst thing is the water being shut off regularly. And it is always for many hours longer than what management says. You would think the building management would at least give us bottled water during these frequent outages. Save your sanity and don’t rent here. Read More
