The one things that is starting to annoy me after living here for 3 years is the shared laundry facility. The washing machines get pretty gross, especially if someone with pets just used them.
They never get cleaned and the the amount of gunk that builds up is gross. That and the perpetually broken dryers with no heat.
I understand that the machines are actually service by an outside company, but noy do they suck.

Lived here for a year now. Safe place to live for a single woman. Good location- near restaurants, the ocean, downtown. The on-site staff are phenomenal. Janitorial staff keeps common areas spotless, maintenance fixes things immediately, and the office staff are knowledgeable. Rent is high in general but low for the area. The parking is managed by a third party, so while it's convenient to have on-site parking, it's annoying having to deal with a parking company. Overall, I recommend living at... Skye.
