I was looking at many other places but after touring sunset electric I knew its where I wanted to live. The apartments are clean and bright and made to make life easy. My leasing agent, Derrick was super and made viewing apartments easy and fun. Moving in was great and every step was quite easy. The espresso machine in the lobby makes my mornings so much easier and I truly enjoy living in this building.

Living at Sunset has been a major upgrade for me. The staff is very helpful. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner. Our unit has huge floor to ceiling windows, yet it is so well insulated from sound and cold weather that we rarely turn on the space heater. The price is great for being right in the middle of CapHill.
