If you read the other 1 star reviews, they're absolutely right. The units may be good but the place is run by trespassers, drugs, and garbage.
I lost count of package thefts, the bike room has been broken and hasn't been fixed in months, multiple doors have been broken at this time, and the fire alarm goes out at least once a month. I'm afraid of leaving my unit every day. Despite all the horrible things in the building, management won't release anyone from their lease and you have to stay. I... honestly can't wait to move out of this place.

Over run by drug addicts, drug dealers, and homeless
After living here for 9months, this place has become a nightmare. The building although it looks nice, harbors drug addicts that will smoke and cook their drugs in their units and the fumes will spread and cover the entire floor. Myself and my neighbors have been hospitalized from amphetamine exposure. On other floors, there's issues with fentanyl and drug dealers. And if you don't have the drug dealers, then you have the homeless doing drugs on your floor. There's been multiple aggressive dogs... that will try to attack your animals unprovoked. The drug addicts that live here constantly break the property, steal packages, bikes, and let other drug users and homeless into the building. If you try to ask them to leave, they will threaten you or try to hurt you. I've been complaining and calling police for MONTHS and it's only gotten worse. This building isn't safe. I'm always on edge unlocking my door and leaving my unit. Ive had someone even try to break into my unit before. If you wash your laundry here, you should watch it the entire time or else people will steal your clothes. It's so sad how this building fell apart. It's nowhere near the image they sold me when I first moved in, but then again the entire office staff was different. No one from the original team is here because it was too dangerous for them to continue working here. I no longer believe they want the community to thrive here nor help people. They see us as dollar signs only. Security does nothing, fobs don't seem to matter since the secured doors are broken. My floor hasn't been secured for months. Also there's so many blind spots with the cameras and there is no audio on them so good luck relying on footage to help you in emergencies unless you're on the elevator. It's honestly a tragedy what this building has become. DO NOT MOVE HERE you will thank yourself for doing so. I'm embarrassed to live here and bring anyone over to visit.

Beautiful Units, Bad building
The first week I moved in someone tried to cook meth in their unit and started a fire after it exploded, from there I've been feeling increasingly unsafe in my own home and apartment community. There's homeless camping IN our building in our amenity spaces, stairs, and lobby. They will get let in and jump on an elevator with a resident ride to their floor then take the stairs to whatever floor they desire, which wouldn't happen if our security actually did their job or there was overnight front... desk. The trash chute is ALWAYS clogged and the trahs rooms are literally rooms piled with trash, I have a back flow of trash in my unit that NEEDS to go and when I asked about a trash room they said I had to use the chute which has been clogged for 2 weeks now. Our "security officer" I've only seen once for a brief moment and he let me in after only verbally confirming I was a resident then let a group of non residents in without making them use the call box or even asking. There's also been a huge problem with package theft and food delivery theft throughout the building with laundry included in that. Someone tried to break into our package room with a crowbar! That's insane! I shouldn't feel the need to get things delivered to my work and not my HOME! Nor should I feel paranoid doing laundry in my building I pay to live in. I also on a regular basis pretty much all around the building smell smoked opioid pills and it's just disgusting, never mind the fact that its a litteral health risk with my lungs being damaged and having asthma on top of that. I like my unit but I'm so scared of living here and would honestly never reccomend it to anyone, I mean hell even a staff member that did live here moved out because of how unsafe it is. I felt the need to get a security system! For a top floor unit that in theory should be safe with a fob entry only policy but this building is out of control and I'm not sure if I want to continue living here after JUST moving in.
