The customer service is horrible!! Amenities are promised but not delivered, maintenance is iffy at best, mail room NOT secure, staff is non-responsive and disrespectful. Rent anywhere else…they promise the moon but don’t deliver.

The leasing office service has been incredibly disorganized and disappointing
I wanted to share my recent experience with the apartment leasing office, which has unfortunately been quite unsatisfactory. My friends and I were interested in becoming roommates and promptly submitted our applications for a vacant unit together. Despite our proactive approach—sending two emails (with no response), numerous text messages (resulting in random responses that only added to the confusion), and making two phone calls (being told to expect an email response that never happened)—we... have yet to receive clear and consistent communication about our application status and unresolved questions.
It's evident that there isn't a dedicated person responsible for following up with applicants after they've completed the application process. This lack of communication and transparency has left us feeling frustrated and in the dark, uncertain about the leasing process and our potential as tenants.
It's disheartening to feel that our inquiries are being disregarded, raising concerns about whether customer care is a priority for the leasing office. This has truly been the most unsatisfactory leasing experience I've encountered, leaving us feeling undervalued as potential tenants.

Worst Apartment
Everything are good to me, except the Internet. I cannot play any video games at evening time. It has a jump ping issue occassionally up to 1000ms+ I tried to contact property manager, and they always tell me ask their wifi contracter called "student housing technologies (SHT)". I reflected this question at least 5 times in past half year, but they fooled or ignored me and never fixed the issue. Property manager are doing the same thing by fooling me. The saddest thing is that both SHT and... manager cannot give an explanation why the wifi ping jump so high ocassionally.
If you dont play games and having no concerns on wifi using, it is a normal student apartment. But, if you want a good wifi connection, the worst apartment.
