Sent my *paid* move out bill to collections THREE YEARS after I moved out
Three years after I moved out, these people sent the move out bill, which was paid in full, to a collection agency.
According to other review sites, this is a thing that happens. Allegedly a bug in their automated system, which they make no effort to resolve.
Absolutely disgusting regard to their tenants time, stress and credit.
It's still not clear if it's incompetence or malice, potentially getting paid from the collection agency for their already paid bills.

Great community for a great price!
I have just moved into Verse however, I feel a review is warranted for the quality of service, the price, and location of this community. This place is amazing! The gym is great, the community room is beautiful, and the parking is reasonably priced. Some parking spots can be a little tight however, there are more then enough as finding parking at night during the week or other times when everyone is home in the community is not a problem at all.
My unit is super spacious with tons of luxury... features from beautiful flooring to GORGEOUS white counter tops. I do have carpet in the bedrooms but it is very nice and none of the cheap stuff you sometimes see in some post reno units at other places. My neighbors have been welcoming and my overall experience has been lovely. The prices are unbelievable for the features and amenities and I don't know if we just got a stellar deal but this price was wonderful and warrants at least a look at this community if whoever reads this happens to be looking.
Lastly the staff are amazing here! There were issues along the way such as a power outage the day before my move in and the system having slight hiccups but it was nothing Amanda and team couldn't handle. Jorge *I call the friendly maintenance person* has been friendly, nice, and helpful. Amanda and Jorge both have gone above and beyond and I must say this place is a true gem in central district! RENT HERE!!!!! 5/5, 10 stars, there is even an amazon fresh right across the street and great dining options close by so this place ticks all the boxes. OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY!

Great Move-In and Great Service!
We spent a super long time trying to find a place, so when we asked for a tour we were about to give up. Althea and Amanda were so nice and they made the process so easy! So glad we live here!

Easy Move In
We moved in couple of weeks ago. The staff explained the facilities well and helped with providing assistance for the move-in. We had a few things checked and fixed after we moved in. The response for fixing things was quick. We love the up and coming neighborhood!

Great Staff
We moved in 2 weeks ago, and so far we love it! The location is great. The neighborhood is vibrant and just a few blocks away from Capitol Hill. So you get the benefit of it being a bit quieter while still having access to fun eateries and nightlife. The staff is super kind and accommodating (shout out to Kiara, Ming, and Althea). My partner and I moved to Seattle from Nevada, and we reserved out apartment sight unseen. The management team were very communicative throughout the entire process... and were very accommodating.
The reason I am giving it a 4/5 however, is because when we reserved the apartment, we were told it was a fully renovated unit. Meaning that our unit would look like the updated, modern apartments that are prominently displayed on their website. However, upon the prior tenants moving out, we discovered that our unit was actually an older unit with updated appliances despite the backend listing it otherwise. This is likely due to an error made by the prior management team. Kiara and her team were willing to meet us halfway and had the carpet that was throughout the entire unit removed and replaced with brand new vinyl floors which have made our lives much easier considering it requires much less maintenance to keep clean.
I look forward to living here for the foreseeable future!
